[He would disagree with that, as far as he knows he's just tossing stuff around and keepign his eyes open but people are doing most of the work on their own. THere isn't mush work involved in preparing a room to be comfortable and then sending messages around to ask people to come over and talk. Which is something he believes they all should do more often.
