If you've seen one, though, I'm curious: were they someone who already died in your world, or were they someone who was supposed to be alive?

[Need has a suspicion that if Nagito knew her better, he'd decide... violence? fighting with a blade? most keenly and specifically, killing people with a sword? was her talent. Then again, she's not confident he gets anything like that pure clear satisfaction and rightness that she still feels gutting someone she feels needs gutting out of that luck situation. Maybe talents don't have to come with enjoyment of the thing.

That's a much smaller part of her now than it was all the way back when she was twenty and it pushed away all the thoughts and feelings she hadn't wanted to have.]

Who's particularly hopeful? You don't mean optimistic?

Hopeful people do tend to be optimistic, but that's as a result of their being hopeful, not the other way around. When you're a hopeful person, it's like being a conduit for all the good in the world! The more hopeful you are, the more of it you can channel. Naegi-sama is the most hopeful, but of people here, there's also Mari-san.
