If you've seen one, though, I'm curious: were they someone who already died in your world, or were they someone who was supposed to be alive?

It is hard not to imagine that they are not a different side of the same coin. The ghouls I encountered as a living man were much the same. They hungered for something of the living, in the same way as those that attack during the Crossings.

You really do seem to have the most familiarity with the wraiths, even if it's not the exact same situation. [You know, since Celehar is also dead now.] I wonder what would happen if a wraith succeeded in tearing apart someone during a Crossing. To whoever it tore apart and to the wraith.
